
Ainsley began her career in Queensland after studying a Bachelor of Behavioural Science. She worked predominantly with people who had vision impairment both in Brisbane and travelling regularly around Queensland to a number of more remote locations. During this time, Ainsley studied a Masters in Human Services.
In 2010, Ainsley commenced a short-term role in Hobart but soon relocated permanently. Since that time, she has been working alongside Tasmanian’s with disability, their families and their support networks in a variety of roles to support positive outcomes. Outside of work, Ainsley enjoys spending time with her young family and playing Women’s AFL.
