Since 1989 Caroline has had the privilege of working in many roles and across many service types with people with disability and their parents and carers in Tasmania. Alongside education qualifications, she has an Advanced Certificate in Developmental Disability and an Advanced Diploma in Management.
Caroline started her journey with ACD Tas in 2005 in a Senior role doing Advocacy and Policy work, before developing the current Case Management Service Model & Professional Practice. In 2009 she became the CEO. Caroline is passionate about ACD Tas and providing quality services; She is excited about the organisation’s future potential.
ACD Tas will continue to take a leadership role in issue resolution and collaborate with local and national stakeholders and all levels of government. By raising awareness, and facilitating community dialogue and solution-based thinking, ACD Tas strives to realise equal opportunity and improved life outcomes for people with disability and their families.
