Marcia began her career in the Community Service sector working with Alzheimer’s Australia, before moving to Baptcare as a State-funded Disability Coordinator. Marcia was one of the first Local Area Coordinators (LACs) to start with the commencement of the NDIS trial and has remained in the space since then.
Marcia is married with three wonderful adult children and recently adopted a gorgeous rescue Greyhound named Ruby Roux. She enjoys getting out and about with Ruby for bush and beach walks, making groovy Greyhound clothing, and spending precious time with family and friends.
