Heather has lived in Hobart her entire life and, even after traveling, she wouldn’t choose to live anywhere else. With a background in finance spanning over 40 years, including at a coffee roastery and fine food wholesaler—an experience that sparked her enduring love for coffee.
More recently, Heather has supported her younger son in opening a café, where she contributed both in the kitchen and front of house.
Her passions include spending time with her family, enjoying great food, and, of course, coffee. She has also recently moved into a new home, which is currently a work in progress.
