Teana has spent her entire career working in the caring industries, with the past nine years dedicated to the disability sector.
She holds a Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) and brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work, as an parent of and a AuDHD individual. Teana has a deep understanding of the challenges and triumphs involved in navigating the NDIS and mainstream support systems. She is passionate about advocacy, inclusion, and empowering others through knowledge and connection.
Outside of work, Teana enjoys exploring Tasmania’s beautiful wilderness, spending time with her children, and finding calm in nature.
