Melinda is a Peer Connector in The Peer Network Hub. Melinda comes from a Community Services career background, in advocacy, personal planning, NDIS service delivery, and facilitating peer groups. Recently she has been doing Peer Connector work with individuals, but most of her time has been strategising the rollout of the State-wide Youth Empowering Peers (YEP) Leadership program. Melinda feels fortunate to be in an organisation that is looking to work with youth in a family model, with a view of nurturing leaders for a more just and equitable future. In her spare time she loves spending time in her garden, making art, and bushwalking.
