Caitlin Jones has two children, a son who was diagnosed with ASD at a young age; and a pre-school-aged daughter.
She understands the struggles as a parent of a child with disability and wants to give back to the community by sharing her knowledge as a parent and a woman in business to work towards a better life of inclusion, which every person deserves.
Caitlin understands Tasmanian business, with a management career in various supply chain networks in the state. She has exceptional experience in continuous improvement, productivity management, and business development. Her interest in business has kept her motivated to continue her studies and is currently a part-time student at Swinburne University.
