
Kate Scarafiotti works for Hydro Tasmania leading cultural evolution and change across the organisation. She has 20 years of experience in people and culture spanning a number of industries including finance, government and the energy sector. Kate holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master in Human Resource Management. Kate has a son who has a congenital limb difference (above elbow amputee). Kate is passionate about shifting society’s perceptions away from seeing limitations; to seeing the value and brilliance in what we all bring to the world. Kate is married and has three children, and outside of work Kate is a seasoned horse rider (Jake is her horse who she has had since he was five now twenty-two!). She also enjoys spending time with her family, camping in Summer, ocean swimming all year round and cooking for family and friends. .
