The Finding Your Way Website

Finding Your Way is an Australian-first, user-friendly interactive website designed by ACD Tas to provide a central point for the community to supply and find up-to-date service and support information and resources, to assist people with disability and their families during their life journey.
This latest version was launched on 26 July 2019. Let’s make information, resources, service and support navigation issues a thing of the past for people with disability and their families.

Information Support
ACD Tas staff work alongside people with disability and their families and understand how vital and empowering timely information is. We act as a conduit for receiving and sharing information.
We collect essential information from every referral received and every contact made. We are continually informed by families, government, and community organisations – we share this information widely using our range of mediums to ensure that we share this information as widely as possible to assist families.
